Terms of Service

Last updated:

1 · Acceptance

By creating a Colleague Boost workspace you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2 · The service

Colleague Boost is a SaaS platform that helps employees amplify their organisation’s LinkedIn content via reactions, comments and reposts. Each action is published with explicit OAuth consent from the employee and exclusively through LinkedIn’s official APIs.

3 · Subscriptions & billing

  • The Free plan supports up to 5 seats indefinitely. Paid plans are billed per active seat per month.
  • Annual subscriptions are paid in advance; monthly subscriptions are billed each month.
  • Adding seats mid-cycle is pro-rated. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which are invoiced separately where required.

4 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Colleague Boost in a way that violates LinkedIn’s User Agreement or API Terms;
  • impersonate other people or compel employees to engage;
  • upload illegal, harmful or misleading content;
  • attempt to circumvent technical limits or security mechanisms.

Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of all members invited to their workspace.

5 · Customer data & privacy

We process customer data as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers retain ownership of their data; we receive only the rights necessary to operate the service.

6 · Intellectual property

Colleague Boost, the Colleague Boost name, logos and the underlying software are owned by Reflatech OÜ. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the term of your subscription.

7 · Service levels

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Enterprise customers can request a separate Service Level Agreement.

8 · Termination

Either party may terminate a paid subscription at the end of the current billing term. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or LinkedIn’s policies. On termination, OAuth tokens and engagement data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for the service is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10 · Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
