Colleague Boost is billed per seat per month. Free workspaces include up to 5 seats. Pro is €1.50 / seat / month billed annually (€2 monthly) with a 5-seat minimum. Business is €2 / seat / month billed annually (€2.50 monthly) with a 10-seat minimum.

What happens to data if a colleague leaves the company?

When an employee disconnects Colleague Boost or is removed from the workspace, all related OAuth tokens and cached content are deleted within 24 hours. Aggregated analytics are retained for a maximum of 24 months, in line with LinkedIn’s API terms.

Where is my data hosted?

Our primary data centre is in Frankfurt. Tokens are AES-256 encrypted at rest, all traffic uses TLS 1.3, and any cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards.
